Thank you so much for such a successful and quick sale of my house in Harlingen!

It was amazing that you sold it in three days.  I am so grateful to you for always being there everytime I called day or night.

You also had so many resources for me when I needed to fix a few things before the sale.  They were very reasonably priced, and amazingly prompt in their service.

Selling a house long distance is extra stressful, and poses many obstacles, but you were there every step of the way as though it was your own house.  Your knowledge of the market in the area really paved the way for our quick sale.

Thank you so much Sue Ann for your patience and understanding of the stresses we were facing.  If anyone of my friends from the area asks if I could recommend a RELATOR, I will definitely tell them about you and your dedication to your clients.  I will miss you Sue Ann and I will miss the most friendly state we've ever lived in.  Maybe my son will stay there when he finishes college in Edinburg, and we'll be able to visit often.
